Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS.
Priority Mail transit time 1-3 days.
Ground Advantage transit time: 2-5 days.
Processing time 1-7 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us at bookingskylerray@gmail.com immediately. If your order has not been shipped yet, we can update it for you. Once it has been shipped out, it is out of our hands. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us. We can issue you a refund or reship it to you if you are willing to cover the additional shipping cost. If your shipping address does not exist when we are attempting to ship it out, we will reach out to you for an updated shipping address. The order will not be shipped until we hear from you.
We automatically combine all orders that are placed to the same name and shipping address. If you would prefer for us to. not combine your orders, please let us know!

Returns & Exchanges
We do accept both returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of purchase. The item must be unworn and unwashed. In the event that you would like to return your item please ship items to the address listed on the return label and send the tracking confirmation to bookingkylerray@gmail.com.
Please allow approximately three weeks for your return to be delivered and processed. Once your refund is initiated, it may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on the payment method used.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out to us immediately. We can only cancel orders before they have been shipped out.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order was refunded, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
